Will I have to go to court if my personal injury case
doesn't settle?


We will make every effort to settle your case out of court, so you don’t have to take the time or endure the stress of appearing. You may be required to offer testimony about your case even if the case doesn't go to trial, but in a much more relaxed environment than a courtroom.
